Unlike traditional therapy, RTT® enables rapid results. In as little as one (1) session and usually no more than three (3) sessions, RTT® can get to the root cause of the issue or block you’re experiencing and set you free.
By rapidly rewiring the brain’s neural pathways, RTT® replaces outdated belief systems and negative behavior patterns with new, transformational beliefs that kickstart the healing process.

Prior to your first RTT session, we'll have what's called an Intake Meeting. The Intake is 20–25 minutes long and gives us time to clarify the problem or issue you'd like to address and to then envision your transformation in detail.
After the Intake meeting, you'll schedule your RTT session. A single RTT session typically lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours but additional sessions are often shorter, ranging from 45 minutes to an hour.
During an RTT session, we move through what are known as 'The 4 I's': Investigate, Interpret, Interrupt, and Install.
Investigate
During the first portion of the session, I'll guide you into a state of hypnosis and we'll investigate memories to identify the root cause of the issue and when and where the problem originated.Interpret
Next, we'll interpret the meanings created from those memories and understand how they have influenced the current issue.Interrupt
Once we've recognized these connections, we'll interrupt those old beliefs, highlighting that while they may have been appropriate in childhood, they’re no longer relevant.Install
Finally, we'll install new, empowering beliefs that not only resolve the presenting issue but are also more relevant to your life now.Bespoke Transformation Audio
You'll receive a bespoke transformation audio recording from our session that you'll listen to for at least 21 consecutive days following your session. -
Myth #1 Hypnosis is an unusual or uncommon experience.
In truth, hypnosis is a normal, natural, everyday experience. We experience it many times throughout the day whether we recognize it or not. Examples: While watching TV; while driving a familiar route (i.e., not knowing how you got from point A to point B); while daydreaming, being deeply relaxed, or meditating.
Myth #2 Being in a hypnotic state means that you're unconscious, asleep, or unaware of what you're doing.
Hypnosis isn't a state of sleep or unconsciousness, it's a state in which your nervous system is deeply relaxed. In hypnosis, your body is relaxed but your mind is alert, which means you're still completely aware of what's happening.
Myth #3 Hypnosis is dangerous because you're out of control.
As long as you obey the recommendation to never listen to a hypnosis recording while driving a car or operating machinery, hypnosis is a completely safe, natural state. One in which you continue to remain in complete control despite your body and nervous system being deeply relaxed.
Myth #4 Hypnosis is a gimmick used on stage for entertainment purposes.
Hypnosis or trance is the natural state the mind shifts into when it's in an Alpha or Theta brainwave state.
During a typical waking state, the mind is in a Beta brainwave state. However, as you relax, the mind begins to slow and shift into Alpha, which opens the door to the subconscious mind.
Because about 95% of what we do, think, and feel is the habitual result of our subconscious programming, we must work at the level of the subconscious to invoke profound, wide-reaching, and lasting change. Hypnosis is the key that gives us access.
